You must be 25 or older to rent one of our cars. Minimum age requirements are strictly enforced to ensure proper insurance coverage. Anyone who allows an underaged driver to drive one of our cars will be fined $2,500.00 and have their rental immediately cancelled.

Every driver on the rental agreement must provide a VALID and CURRENT Driver's License, with the name matching EXACTLY the name on the rental agreement.

We believe everyone should get to experience our cars! All you need is existing car insurance, a driver’s license, and a credit card. (International drivers can purchase insurance from us)

Minor scuffs and scrapes (which are relatively inexpensive to repair) are billed to you directly on the payment card you use to make the reservation or would also be covered under a full coverage insurance policy*.
*Supplemental Damage Waivers are available as well.
You do not get unlimited mileage. Usually 75 – 150 miles depending on vehicle, but additional miles may be purchased.
All cancellations, regardless of reason, are only entitled to a maximum 50% refund. We strictly adhere to this policy.
If a driver appears intoxicated, hungover, or otherwise unfit to drive, that driver will be allowed to transfer their rental to a different, safer time slot based on availability.
Absolutely no refunds are given to impaired drivers at our full discretion. Safety of others is our top priority.

The minimum rental period is 4 hours. The maximum rental period is 7 days.
Returns are expected to be on time Returning a rental after the specified time results in a $250 late fee plus a prorated amount.

You will receive the car with a full tank, and you are required to return it with a full tank as well. All our cars require 91 Octane Rating fuel. You will be required to provide receipts showing that type of fuel used if you refuel the car. Anyone caught using a lower quality fuel will be fined $2,500.00 and be liable for any subsequent damage resulting from improper fuel. If you wish, you can purchase pre-paid fuel credits and not have to refill the tank prior to returning the car.

The reservation needs to match the name on the payment card, but you can add additional drivers if you like.
It depends on the car, but we have cars ranging from $350 up to $20,000 for a 24 hour rental period. Whatever your budget and dream car, we will do our best to make it work for you!
Yes.
However, reserving a car in advance requires full payment up front with either a credit card, or bitcoin. At the time of pickup or delivery you can then pay with cash and we’ll refund your original payment.

All payment cards must have a chip and be attached to a bank account matching the name on your rental agreement.

We have corporate event packages available upon request for reservations of 6 rentals or more, and we can always customize group outings and events. Just ask!

Please arrive up to 20 minutes before your rental start time to fill out waivers and do a walkthrough of the vehicle.

Although we have a near-perfect track record for reservation accuracy, close to 100%, things sometimes come up beyond anyone's control, and unfortunately, booking a rental with Most Wanted Motorsports does NOT guarantee your vehicle selection, make & model, time frame, price, availability, or any other detail.
We reserve the right to amend your reservation at any time, with or without notice.
HOWEVER we will always do everything in our power to ensure you have the BEST POSSIBLE experience!

Every Driver is required to have an active car insurance policy before driving on of our cars, and we require proof of the coverage amounts. The policy must be for at lease 100/300/50 for Comprehensive and Collision.
